Cancellation & refunds

Toy shop orders

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. A cash on delivery order cancelled before delivery costs you nothing.
• You can return a toy within 7 days of delivery. It must be unused, with all parts and in its original packaging.
• If a toy arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps) and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
• To start a return, contact us; we arrange the pickup. Once the toy reaches us and passes a check, we refund the amount to your original payment method.

Rental plans

• Plans run for 12 months or 3 months, in one payment. Nothing is taken automatically. You renew when you choose, in the last 30 days of your plan or up to 14 days after it ends.
• 12-month plans come with a 30-day risk-free guarantee: cancel within 30 days of your plan starting and we refund the plan fee in full once the toys are back. 3-month plans aren't refundable once they start.
• Otherwise the plan fee is not refundable once the plan starts, except where the law requires it or where ToyBoo fails to deliver the service we promised.
• There is no security deposit. Damage or loss during the plan is charged under our damage grades. You have 48 hours to review the photos and amount first, and you pay online.

Rentals and plans taken before 15 Oct 2026

• 4-week rental: you can cancel before the toy is delivered for a full refund of the rent and the deposit. Once delivered, the 4-week rent is not refundable, including when the toy is returned early.
• The refundable security deposit (4-week rentals and earlier plans) is returned within 3 to 5 working days after we pick the toy up (or, for a plan, the last toy) and inspect it, minus any charges for damage or loss still unpaid under our damage grades. Late return of a 4-week rental costs one week's rent for every started week after the due date, deducted from the deposit.
• A year paid every 3 months is a commitment to the 12 months: the remaining payments are taken by auto-debit and aren't refundable for months already started.
• The fee of an earlier plan is not refundable once it is activated, except where the law requires it or where ToyBoo fails to deliver the service we promised. Its free swaps are for one month and don't carry over.

Boo Coins and vouchers

Boo Coins and vouchers are not cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. If an order paid partly with Boo Coins is refunded, the coins go back to your Boo Coins balance.

How and when refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, we refund to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us, within the same time.
