Questions parents ask
How is my offer decided?
Your indicative quote is a share of the toy's current price, by condition: Like new 40–50%, good 30–40% or fair 15–25%. Toys older than 12 months lose 5 percentage points, older than 24 months 10 percentage points. The final offer is made after we inspect your toys at pickup.
How do I get paid?
Accept the offer and choose UPI, or Boo Coins with +20% extra (1 Boo Coin = ₹1). Boo Coins are credited to your Boo Wallet when we pay out, to spend on ToyBoo rentals and the toy shop.
Which areas do you cover?
Delhi NCR only for now: Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. Check your pincode below; if we aren't there yet, leave your number and we'll tell you when we arrive.
How long does it take?
You choose the pickup: any of the next 7 days, morning, afternoon or evening. We inspect your toys at pickup and send your final offer; once you accept, we pay out. You can follow every step in your account.
What if pieces are missing?
Toys must be complete and safe, even in fair condition. A missing piece can lower the final offer or mean we can't buy the toy. If you decline the offer, we return your toys free.
Do you buy small toys?
No. We buy large toys only (ride-ons, kitchens, play gyms, activity tables and the like) that are complete and working. Smaller toys are very welcome as donations.
Do you buy soft toys?
No. Our catalogue is hygiene-first, so we don't buy soft, plush or fabric toys. Donate them instead: we pass donated toys on to children's homes.
