Pick a plan and keep swapping

Hygiene first: we only rent toys that can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, so no soft or fabric toys. Every toy goes Return → Inspect → Clean → Sanitise → Quality check → Next child.

Normal wear and tear is free. Every returned toy gets a quality check. Damage is graded: minor damage up to 25% of the toy's price, major damage up to 50%, lost or beyond repair up to 100%. You see the photos and amount in your account first and have 48 hours to accept or query it.

No. There is no security deposit. You pay one price for your plan, GST included. Damage and lost toys are charged as set out in our terms.

Annual or quarterly, paid in one payment, GST included. Your plan starts on the day of your first delivery. Renew in the last 30 days of your plan, or up to 14 days after it ends. Nothing is taken automatically.

Rental deliveries, swaps and collections happen on Saturdays and Sundays, in a morning, afternoon or evening slot you choose. Book at least 48 hours ahead.

Annual plans come with a 30-day risk-free guarantee: cancel any time up to 30 days after your first delivery and we refund the plan fee once the toys are back, minus any charges for damage or missing toys under our damage grades. Quarterly plans aren't refundable once they start.
