Renting toys: questions, answered
How does toy rental work at ToyBoo?
Choose a plan (Mouse, Cat or Elephant), build your toy bag, and we deliver sanitised toys to your door. Keep them, or swap them for new ones within your plan's free deliveries.
How many toys can I rent at a time?
Mouse: 1 toy at a time (small or large). Cat: 3 toys + 1 large toy. Elephant: 5 toys + 2 large toys.
How often can I exchange toys?
As often as you like, within your plan's free deliveries. A swap is one visit: we bring the new toys and collect the ones your child is done with at the same time. Every visit, the first delivery included, uses one free delivery. Mouse: 40 free deliveries a year · 9 a quarter. Cat: unlimited free deliveries a year · 12 a quarter. Elephant: unlimited free deliveries. Book a swap from your toy bag at least 48 hours ahead. On the Cat plan, please swap the large toy within 21 days of delivery, so the next family gets a turn too.
What does a rental plan cost?
Annual: Mouse ₹15,325, Cat ₹19,573 and Elephant ₹29,499. Quarterly: Mouse ₹8,378, Cat ₹9,099 and Elephant ₹10,619. One payment, no deposit.
Where can I rent toys?
Rentals are delivered in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Delivery and pickup of rental toys are free.
When are rental toys delivered?
